my first project with robots

Toady i will tell you about my first project
here in ISTV in my formation we have finish the task in order to get the thing
that we need we must have to get the shuttles turn around all the direction according
to our need and after that if the shuttles arrive to us we must stop him and
start the robot automatically that he have to take a part of piece and put it
in the shuttles and after the robot finish his task it give for the shuttle the
order to go and do other task and we get the order automatically of them
if the robot receive the shuttles he do automatically what he need to do
We use in this part different
part of program that we have program the shuttles and give him the instruction with
the program unity pro with “grafcet” and also we have another program in the
robot that make him automatically run and do his part and we achieve that with
using the program “kuka” it’s the robot program.
When we finish this
part we give the robot possibility to take the different part of product from different
places and put them always in the same place in the shuttles.
We have do all that
and we can now do anything with the robot that make us ready to do anything
like the direction that we need to achieve them from the robot or all the
places that we need the shuttles to go to them.
We have a lot of
problem in the start of this programs and in all the part but with the time we
have a lot of experience in this part that what let us control all the part
that we need them in order the get our self
today from this new thing that i learned them in this three month i learnd a new programs that will help me in my automation carrer and also give me a lot of experience in all the domain
